Axiad, a U.S.-based cybersecurity company, announced the launch of its Indian development center in Hyderabad. The company aims to expand its engineering presence and scale its research and development footprint.

Axiad works to help enterprises eliminate threats caused by compromised credentials. Offering authentication products and actionable insights to help organizations improve their security, Axiad will invest in enhancing its customer-facing engineering capabilities and implementing AI-driven identity security initiatives.

The new center in Hyderabad aligns with Axiad’s global growth strategy. Alongside the launch, the company brought on Ketan Dudhane, a tech industry veteran with almost two decades of leadership experience, as director of engineering in India. In this capacity, Dudhane will work to grow Axiad’s development center in India into a notable innovation hub, while also working closely with the company’s U.S. headquarters to further develop its product offerings.
