Hyderabad-based TalentSprint is set to join Accenture’s LearnVantage division after the global IT and consulting company announced the acquisition deal.
Founded in 2009, TalentSprint is a 200-person company with offices in Hyderabad and Sunnyvale, California. It partners with leading institutions to create tech curricula for working professionals, and its courses cover topics ranging from AI development to cybersecurity and semiconductor design. Additionally, TalentSpring provides bootcamps and certifications to support individuals interested in upskilling opportunities or tech careers.
“TalentSprint’s end-to-end delivery capabilities of focused learning programs provide a competitive value proposition for learners and enterprises alike, making it a great fit for our expanding LearnVantage business,” Kishore Durg, global lead of Accenture LearnVantage, said in a statement. “The addition of TalentSprint further boosts our ability to meet our clients’ demand for training, helping their people gain the essential technology skills in emerging areas needed to reinvent their organizations and achieve greater business value.”
LearnVantage provides tech educational opportunities similar to those TalentSprint offers, and it’s a key area of focus for Accenture. In the past few years, Accenture has made strategic investments in Udacity and Award Solutions, two popular edtech platforms, while additionally investing over $1 billion in LearnVantage.
