Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and administration for Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe CJA including Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP)).
Write and develop analytics tagging requirements and WebSDK implementation.
Monitor platform health, perform incident management, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth deployments.
Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations across Adobe platforms.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as required.
Work closely with Adobe and internal stakeholders for escalations , root cause analysis and support Ad hoc insights requests from senior leadership.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for platform governance.
Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of customer experience improvements on the website.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent work experience.
7–10 years of experience supporting Adobe Experience Platform.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture, administration, troubleshooting and CDP implementations.
Expert-level knowledge in tag management solutions such as Adobe Tag Manager.
Experience with personalization tools such as Adobe Target.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
Proficiency in at least one customer experience monitoring tool such as Tealeaf or Glassbox.
Familiarity with Java/J2EE, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript for AEM customization and debugging.
Understanding APIs, integrations, and web services within the Adobe ecosystem.
Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with analytics tools such as Adobe Customer Journey and Google Analytics.
Experience in dashboard design with Tableau software or similar tools.
Experience with any programming languages such as Java or Python.
Strong curiosity and passion for improving the digital experience.
Experience in working with Content management system and Front-end Engineering .
Good to have
Adobe Certified Expert (AEP/CDP or Adobe Analytics) certification.
Knowledge of cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
