We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in software development, machine learning, and cloud-based distributed systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy strategic AI and ML solutions to drive innovation across the business. This role requires full ownership of the software development life-cycle and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create scalable, production-ready ML systems.
Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML Development:
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and operations.
- Develop high-performance ML code for real-time platforms, extending existing ML libraries.
- Work with large-scale distributed systems and big data technologies.
- Optimize solutions using CUDA (GPU), Nvidia DeepStream, and TensorRT for performance-critical applications.
Data Engineering:
- Build scalable platforms for real-time and batch data processing.
- Develop knowledge graphs by linking data across multiple domains.
- Utilize vector databases for efficient high-dimensional data storage and retrieval.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive significant business impact.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and hands-on implementation.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to accelerate ML model development and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent ML experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years in software development lifecycle and programming (Python, Java preferred).
- Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end ML solutions, including GPU optimizations with CUDA.
- Familiarity with Nvidia DeepStream, TensorRT, and big data technologies.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, data analysis, and algorithm design.
- Experience with REST API development, NoSQL databases, and RDBMS optimization.
- Proficiency with AWS SageMaker and cloud environments.
- Experience with deep learning, TensorFlow, NLP, and leadership in program governance.
