Job Description

The Scrum Master and Project Manager share responsibilities in guiding cross-functional teams using Agile methodology and Scrum practices. They are responsible for leading Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. They work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure a clear understanding of goals and deliverables. They facilitate the removal of impediments and promote continuous improvement. They track project progress, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure alignment with organizational goals by coordinating with stakeholders. They provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management. They mentor and coach teams on Agile practices to enhance their efficiency and productivity.
