We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and implement custom portals within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, Service Portal Development, and scripting, along with expertise in integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals to meet business requirements.
- Implement Service Portal widgets and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow Integration Hub or APIs.
- Write and debug scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, or similar technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Portals and associated workflows.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Service Portal development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionality.
- Experience in developing and customizing widgets using AngularJS and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Experience with API-based integrations and data exchange.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and other ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge.
