Job Summary:
- As a Product Delivery Associate in FAS Maintenance Team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job Responsibilities
- Support testing efforts across multiple applications within the FAS organization, test & maintenance
- Responsible for being proactive on projects, engaging with clients and team members to verify timelines and requirements
- Complete all deliverables according to aligned sprints/schedules. Communicate and escalate risks, blockers, and impacts that could delay initiatives
- Engage with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that require next-level support
- Participate in all team agile events, learning sessions, and team discussions as we review best practices
- Partner with FAS Product Areas and identify new efficiency opportunities that can be enhanced by testing automation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in the automation test or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product delivery or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes and understand broader product delivery
- Strong experience in automation testing and selenium
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Awareness / experience on automation tool is preferred.
- Cypress tool experience is a plus
