JR69575 Manager, MarTech and Analytics Solutions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software engineering teams specializing in Marketing Automation, Web Operations and QA teams.
• Serve as the primary internal consultant and thought leader within the Global Marketing and Sales teams, adhering to best practices.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to understand capability needs and improve the overall efficiency of marketing platforms, solutions, and operations.
• Deliver large-scale, high-value projects within an established delivery methodology.
• Work within cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments and integrations.

Professional Experience Required:

• 7+ years of related software solutions or program/project leadership roles in large scale Enterprises
• 3+ years of experience supporting global marketing, analytics and platform solutions.
• Experience with planning and execution in a high-tech environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong technical understanding of marketing technologies like Adobe Analytics, Marketo (for email and customer campaign management), web technologies, Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud) knowledge is a plus.
• Ensure delivery of quality solutions within Web and Marketing solutions ecosystems and have experience in building automation framework for Web and Marketing applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Strong experience in the leading the operations and analytics teams with data driven approach.
• Actively participate in long-range strategy planning to identify and address complex business issues.
• Drive high business value projects by coordinating and negotiating solutions for complex, cross-functional enterprise systems with multiple parties and interests, leveraging the Salesforce and CRM.
• Program/Project management experience, with experience leading multiple large projects.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or an industry-related field.
