The Circuit Design Engineering intern in the FLASH Group at Micron Technology, Inc., will be core technical individual contributor in design and validation of the analog and mixed signal circuitry in NAND FLASH chips. In this highly visible and challenging role, your responsibilities will include architecture development and product definition, detailed transistor level design, test plan, system integration and block/full chip level verification, apply AI/ML to improve Design/verification workflows for NAND Flash.
