POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Associate focus is on HR Operations responsibilities and projects as required. This position supports the department by carrying out initiatives relating to Human Resources functions including compensation and benefits management, on-boarding, and employee engagement activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Report and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Deliver development, and training programs as required.
- Coordinate and update employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health as required.
HRIS
- Maintenance of recruitment process in system.
- Ensure accuracy of all employees changes in the HRIS system.
- Participate in all steps of process for appraisal, merit, bonus as required by Company.
Employee Relations:
- Coordinate and participate in social, events committees and special projects.
- Coordinate planning of company events such as active get togethers, festival party, birthday celebrations, and company anniversary celebrations.
- Support the HR Manager in any team building planning days for the teams.
Benefits:
- Communicate to workforce compensation and benefit programs and policies.
- Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution and approving invoices for payment.
- Manage leave processes and reporting including all leave provisions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource administration; knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of human resource management.
- Ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously within a team.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrates highest level of ability in all aspects of communications written, oral, listening and expressing ideas.
- Strong presentation skills.
