What You'll Do

• Create visual designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all company materials and platforms.
• Design and produce visual content for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• Prepare and finalize designs for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

What You Know

• A minimum of 5+ years experience in global branding, tone, voice, positioning, design and color hierarchy.
• Should have experience working in brand design and different graphic pieces both in digital and printed format, desirable experience and audiovisual knowledge.
• Has 5+ years of experience in designing strategic and complex corporate systems (not just individual elements).
• Has formal or informal managerial and mentorship experience.
• Must have excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud 6, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Must be professionally fluent in English, written and verbal.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree is a must
