🎯 Role Overview
As a Finance Analyst at Turium AI, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing Turium ERP’s Finance & Operations modules. You’ll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI, helping clients implement, analyze, and enhance digital finance solutions powered by Turium ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur and SuccessFactors.
Working hours: This role requires availability during AEST / AEDT business hours.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Support financial process implementation and optimization within Turium ERP
- Conduct data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance and SuccessFactors HR functionalities into Turium ERP
- Prepare and manage financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports
- Assist in testing, validation, and documentation of ERP finance processes
- Partner with business users to streamline financial workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives involving AI-driven automation and reporting
🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Recent CA graduate preferred
- MUST — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / B.A. (Economics) / M.A. (Economics)
- Strong foundation in financial principles and accounting standards
- Interest or experience in ERP systems, financial automation, or data analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or SQL
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
