Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Technical Lead to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud computing, or software architecture roles.
- Expert Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of DevOps practices, including but not limited to, automation, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack).
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects, and influence strategic direction within the technical and business domains of an organization.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Communication and Collaboration: Outstanding communication in English and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients at all levels. Strong ability to foster collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement across diverse teams.
- Certifications and Continuous Learning: Relevant advanced certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies. A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends and standards.
