Job Description

Preparation of Financial statements along with all related notes, Rep letters in accordance with IGAAP.

Excellent knowledge of Local GAAP requirements on a transactional level.

Manage respective tax filings, including outsourced GST, Corporate Income Tax and Transfer Pricing Tax filing process, and ensures that they are in compliance with local market requirements.

Work closely with third party external professionals with respect to certain tax litigations and providing support to management on tax related queries/approvals where required.

Ability to comprehend and track various notices received adhering to timelines, inhouse handling preferred.

Identify potential tax compliance issues, performs research, and make recommendations to prevent & resolve tax issues

Be current with changes in tax laws that could impact the Company’s operations

Strong analytical skills – able to identify anomalies in data and solve them quickly and effectively.

Recognizes opportunities for improvements and proposes/leads workable solutions

Working knowledge of accounting software preferably Oracle.

Open and communicative – able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, both inter and intra Finance.

Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.

Oversee and review month-end/quarter-end/year-end closes including PL/BS analysis.
Required Skills
-
5+ years of experience in a Financial Reporting, Taxation and Audit support preferably pharma background.

Able to work within a team and build key internal relationships across company

Have very strong attention to detail in review of documents and analytical review capabilities in relation to financial statement numbers & reporting

Possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines at peak delivery times

Strong MS office knowledge (Excel, Word and MS Access)

Result and target oriented, self-motivated

Have knowledge and understanding of IND AS
Education:
CA Qualified / CA Semi qualified & bachelor's in accounting / finance
