Devsinc is looking for a passionate Associate Software Engineer (Python + DevOps) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll contribute to building, automating, and optimizing scalable applications while collaborating closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and related frameworks.
- Assist in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization/orchestration tools.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues across the application and infrastructure layers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in Python development and DevOps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 yearof experience in Python development and/or DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, or FastAPI).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Docker and basic understanding of Kubernetes.
- Understanding of Linux environments, Git, and basic scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a collaborative, agile environment.
